Not enough calling credit

Problem:

Not enough calling credit error is released when calling the PSTN.

Solution:

Possible causes and solutions:
1. The account you have does not have PSTN capabilities because it is free basic membership account.
To be able to place PSTN calls, you will need to upgrade the account to a paying service.

2. The paying account you have does not have access to such calling either because the account control panel has
$0.00 calling credit assigned, the "Allow Continental US and Canada LD" or "Allow Int'l LD" buttons are not checked or the type of paying service you subscribed to does not offer this type of calling.
Please check the account CP to make sure PSTN services are allowed, make sure the device you use for calling is the same connected to your calling services. If this is indeed caused by the fact that the account ran out of credit, please use the store to add calling credit to your account.

3. Cannot call within plan numbers, not enough calling credit error. This problem is caused by the fact that the plan may not include all fixed call prefixes. Unless the call is a mobile call, you need to immediately contact us with the exact PSTN number that you cannot reach and we will add that prefix to the plan.
