Problem:

Error "your card balance is too low" received when calling the PSTN.

Solution:

1. The paying account you have does not have access to such calling either because the account control panel has
$0.00 calling credit assigned, the "Allow Continental US and Canada LD" or "Allow Int'l LD" buttons are not checked or the type of paying service you subscribed to does not offer this type of calling.
Please check the account CP to make sure PSTN services are allowed as well as make sure the device you use for calling is the same device connected to your calling services. If this is indeed caused by the fact that the account ran out of credit, please use the store to add calling credit to your account.

2. The prefix you dialed is not our prefix table. If you get this error and the cause is not the one
mentioned in point 1, please notify the support team.
