Problem:
Why am I getting SymRealWinOpen error when trying to access the IP address of the SIP device?

If you recieve the message 'SymRealWinOpen' when trying to view webpages it is because you have Nortons internet security on with advert blocking. The error is generated when it conflicts with the advert on the webpage you are trying to view.
There are two solutions.. One go into NIS settings and uncheck the addblocking... or the better one is to open internet explorer, select TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS and ADVANCED. Look down the list of boxes and put a check in the one that says DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING and make sure the box saying DISPLAY A NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY SCRIPT ERROR is not checked.
