• Log in to your Secure On-Line User Link [SOUL] (https://www.TalkLah.com/secure/) using any virtual number in your account as Login ID. • Once in the MAIN MENU, proceed to Payment Preferences to choose a method of payment:  you will be able to ADD a new credit card billing address or EDIT an existing one -- OR --  you will be able to ADD a new credit card or EDIT an existing one -- OR --  you will be able to CHARGE an existing credit card .
