How do I pre-pay for international calls?
Choose the amount you would like to add to your account. Your account balance will be increased immediately.

Can I receive calls on my TalkLah account?
Your TalkLah account can receive calls from other users, from anyone with your own TalkLah Direct number or our incoming call Portals.

What happens when my calling account is empty?
When you are near your limit, you will hear message letting you know. This means you should add more money to your account right away. If you exceed your allotted minutes, you will no longer be able to place calls until you add money to your account (but you can still receive calls).

Does TalkLah offer competitive calling rates to International destinations?
We offer better rates than most when you compare our Long Distance per minute rates with the rates others charge. Most low-cost long distance providers have hidden charges in their rate plans which make their rates deceptive. There are no hidden or extra fees in TalkLah rates or plans.

Some things to look out for from unscrupulous providers:

  • Minimum call time (a two minute call is charged as a 15 minute call).
  • Call connect fees.
  • Hidden fees and taxes or other false charges.
  • Refusal or delay to provide detailed calls history.
  • Off-peak or special rates advertised as anytime rates.
