Problem:

How do I assign a DID to a Virtual Number?

Solution:

1. Logon to SOUL(former control panel)
2. Click on the DID tab
3. Select the DID you want to associate to the Virtual Number
4. Click on the CONNECTED TO drop down menu and choose the Virtual Number you to want to associate with this DID.
