How do I setup my calling card?

Solution:

1. Logon to SOUL(former control panel).
2. Click on VIRTUAL NUMBERS.
3. Determine which Virtual Number you want to use and click on "Set up Calling Card Access"
4. If you wish to use a PIN number enter a 5 digit PIN in the "PIN Number" field.
4. If you wish to use our PINLESS feature, enter the description and phone number and then click the ADD button.

NOTE. Enter your phone number as it appears in any caller ID screen when you call. You do not need to enter 1 or 011 first.
