The Mark Up factor in the User Control Panel can be used to create a markup of our retail prices which can be viewed from a web page in real time.  This is good for a cyber cafe to bill their customers using a web page that shows call history information with a price that is increased above what is shown on the accounts \"Call History\". This is perfect for call shops that want to further increase the price of calls and increase profit without the clerk doing additional calculations when presenting the bill. The reporting occurs in real-time.
