Help and Support Questions - Troubleshooting VoIP Equipment

The cordless phone connected to my PAP2 does not ring for incoming calls.

Problem:

When some one calls my Virtual Number, my cordless phone does not ring even though the LCD screen shows that I am receiving a call.

Solution:

In order to solve this problem follow these steps:
1. Find out the IP address of the PAP2 by dialng ****
2. At the voice prompt dial 110# and write down the IP addrress provided.
3. Using your internet browser enter the IP address of the PAP2 in URL field.
4. Logon as the Admin.
5. Click on advanced view.
6. Under the regional tab look for "waveform" and test which of the two options work for you (sinusoid or trapezoid).
7. Save the changes and test your phone.
