Why does my SPA941 reboot when rebooting the SPA9000?


Problem:

My SPA 941 reboots every time I reboot the SPA 9000.



Solution:

When booting, the SPA9000 will send a multicast message to request all client
stations to gracefully reboot. This allows the client stations to redo DHCP
discovery, download latest phone parameters, and also register with the SPA9000.
